1. Introduction At ZMX DIGI, we are committed to providing high-quality Digital Marketing and SEO services. We value transparency and aim to ensure our clients are satisfied with our deliverables. However, due to the nature of digital services and the labor involved in SEO campaigns, we have established the following Refund and Cancellation Policy.
2. Cancellation of Services
Monthly Subscriptions: You may cancel your monthly SEO service at any time by contacting our support team at least 7 days before your next billing cycle. The service will continue until the end of the current paid period, and you will not be charged for the following month.
Annual Plans: Cancellations for annual plans must be requested within the first 30 days of service.
3. Refund Policy Because SEO services require significant manual labor, use of paid tools, and technical expertise immediately upon ordering, refunds are processed according to the following strict guidelines:
Before Work Begins: If you request a refund within 24 hours of purchase and our team has NOT yet started the audit or optimization process, you are eligible for a Full Refund.
After Work Begins: Once the preliminary audit, keyword research, or any technical optimization has been initiated (usually within 24-48 hours of order), no refunds will be issued for the current month’s payment.
Digital Downloads: Any downloadable files (such as the “Welcome Kit” or “Audit PDF Reports”) are non-refundable once downloaded.
4. Results Disclaimer Please note that SEO is a long-term strategy. ZMX DIGI works to improve your online visibility using industry best practices. However, we do not guarantee specific rankings (e.g., “#1 on Google”) or specific traffic numbers, as these depend on search engine algorithms that are outside our control. Dissatisfaction with ranking speed is not a valid ground for a refund if the agreed-upon work (reports, backlinks, optimization) was delivered.
